How To Figure Out And Deal With Those Problems?

If the lamp flickering or not working, we should check if the plug connects well or if the cable lose, try toggling the switch on and off to check if the lamp goes well or not continuously. Then change other new one to check if the current is normal, if the new one fails, the problem may be from the electrical circuit problem.

In part of the lamp bead is not bright or one of the red colors is not working. The first step is to confirm the voltage and current rating of the power supplier if compatible with LED strip. Second, you can confirm if the power supply is working correctly. Third, checking and isolating other accessories on the same circuit, and see if there any visible loose connections or any visible signs of short circuits

Refer to one of the red colors is not working, just use the similar solution ways as before, checking the cables between the controller and the strip, try tightening the screw on DC adapters, and re-inserting LED strips into solderless connectors
