Emergency

There are two basic types of emergency lighting luminaires - maintained and non-maintained. What is the meaning between Maintained and Non-Maintained luminaires?

The terms maintenance and non-maintenance are as a description of the mode of operation of emergency lighting fixtures, and the specific mode of operation used should depend on the situation in the different locations.

Maintained Emergency Lighting Fixtures

This is a light fixture in which the emergency light is always on. The maintenance mode is generally used in public gathering places, such as hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, bazaars, waiting rooms of passenger stations, etc. Lights are usually dimmed when everyone is present, while emergency escape lighting can prevent total darkness.

Non-Maintained Emergency Lighting Fixtures

This kind of lamp only lights up when the power supply for the illumination fails. Non-maintenance lamps are commonly found in the workplace, and artificial lighting is often deployed when the workplace is occupied

Motion Sensor

The sensor supplies a simple energy-saving solution to use light only when and where you need it. It automatically switches on/off light based on motion and ambient light level.

* With sufficient light, the lamp doesn't switch on.

* With insufficient ambient light, the sensor switches on the lamp when motion is detected.

* After hold time, the sensor switches off the lamp when no motion is detected.
